Environmental Policy

At Yorkshire’s Finest Hampers Limited we understand the impact that packaging has on the environment and are committed to continuously working to source and use environmentally friendly packaging where possible.

We also work closely with our suppliers to recycle & reuse packing boxes where possible.

We strive to use Biodegradable packing:

Paper/void fill – the paper we use is eco-friendly, made from 100% recycled paper and can be recycled or reused.

Card Hampers – these have a high recycled content and are 100% recyclable.

Baskets - Willow, seagrass and bamboo are all entirely renewable resources, All the willow used to produce the basket ware is coppiced from fast-growing regenerating crops that are cultivated solely for this purpose, sustaining traditional farming methods without the use of chemical application.

Outer boxes – These have a high recycled content and are recyclable and biodegradable.

All our hampers contain some or all of the above packaging and this helps us work towards helping us achieve our mission statement.
